Over the years, I’ve learned that every person’s journey is unique, but everyone has the power to change their life for the better. Each person is like a puzzle — once the pieces fit together, life becomes more balanced, fulfilling, and full of purpose. My greatest passion is helping people find those pieces and create lasting change in their lives.
About me
My professional path has been shaped by real experiences and real people. I’ve worked in private counseling, guided individuals through recovery, taught in college classrooms, coached business professionals, and helped families find balance. Each of these roles has taught me something new about strength, compassion, and the human spirit.
I am especially inspired to help people find and use their own strengths and weaknesses. I see these as puzzle pieces inside each person. When they come together, they can change chaos into order, help growth instead of stagnation, and turn sadness into joy.
